lol I really only have two reasons for learning Vietnamese: 1. I'm toying with the idea of going on those medical relief trips to Vietnam when I'm a doctor, 2. I feel bad not knowing my mother's native language. I feel like I fail as a daughter. XD

Ugh, I would love to go back to Vietnam. I spent a month there with my mom 14 years ago. It was very lovely. I wonder if I'll have time like that again. LOL
