It's from a Der Zibet live at which Atsushi and Hisashi were special guests. Probably the song Atsushi and Issay are performing was "Masquerade," which is a duet from a Der Zibet album. Hisashi was also featured on a song from the same album. ^^

I don't know, but the ads are promoting a couple of photobooks, so probably whoever took the pictures for the books.
