It's from a Der Zibet live at which Atsushi and Hisashi were special guests. Probably the song Atsushi and Issay are performing was "Masquerade," which is a duet from a Der Zibet album. Hisashi was also featured on a song from the same album. ^^

I don't know if it was ever videorecorded. There is nothing commercially available like a DVD or VHS. Yeah, it's possible that there might be a video, but it is extremely unlikely that we Western fans would ever have access to it, assuming that such a thing existed, which it very well may not.
