I've just been told I have to move out. The landlady says me & my friends are too noisy :-(

I don't understand - whenever anyone comes round I always tell them about her & make them whisper/not bang doors etc. I really don't think anyone's been that noisy. Fuck.

Jeez, that sucks :-( Grrrrr, she'd better have given you notice or else I'll punch her when I'm down in London!

Seriously, good luck with finding somewhere new to live - I know how tough it is finding accommodation in London through bitter experience. However, it should be easier at this time of year than finding somewhere at the start or end of the summer when every other fucker is looking too. Does your uni have any listings etc for housing? Or have you tried the University of London database at Senate House? (You can access it on your own computer if you get the password off them.)

She hasn't officially given me notice as there is no contract - but it is in her interests to keep me there til she finds someone else & I know she's quite paranoid about who she lives with so hopefully I should be ok.

Have put post on uk_goffs. Will have a look at uni accomodation thing but most people there are really square & non-alternative :-( Not all - but most...
