He's fine, mostly. His sight's getting worse--I took him the other day to get a magnifier so he can read.

*with a note of real horror* God, that sounds--ugh, that poor man. *has finally given in and gotten reading glasses, and he's terribly self-conscious about it now*

He probably doesn't need it quite yet, but he won't go a day without reading, so he's prepared.
