I need to get back into the rhythm of working out. Last year at this time I was going to Curves the suggested 3 times a week, but ever since last Decemeber, I've been sliding big time.
I was doing really well Jan-Feb. Then I quit until end of July. Tomorrow is Sept. 1. Start fresh. Go for a walk or go back to Curves or workout at home (what I do). But do something. Get out and move, you'll feel better for it.
What killed me was I had bronchitis in December, then the holidays and then last semester (I work for a radio station that is connected with a college) I was working til 6 3 or 4 days a week and then summer came and went and now.... *sigh* I can't hit Curves tomorrow, but I will be walking, albeit mall walking as I need to go shopping for a birthday present.
Though I might be walked out after a week at Disney World. *L*
You are awesome no matter what, but yay you for feeling better about yourself and working out and getting healthy. That? is fantastic and something very much worth working toward. You are working hard and seeing results. And that is fantastic. *cheers you on*
because I am here, instead of e-mailing (because I suck at e-mail) I will mail you a package that will get to CO around the time you return home after your vacation. And will include the things you are interested in. Thank you again, Sal. You made me happy.
And! Happy vacation and yay! you are going to see Brandi. I know you will have a blast, so need to say have fun. *g*
Thank you, sweets. Some days it is very hard to get myself to move. As you can see, there are a couple of blanks and some incomplete workouts. But I'm trying.
After I return is fine for the DVDs. I'll get SV s3 and s4 out to you when I get back. S5 comes out on DVD on 9/12 if you're interested (otherwise I can send you mine at the end of Sept. after I get a chance to watch the eps I missed). New season starts on 9/28, but you could totally record a few until you catch up (if you're so inclined).
This will be another working vacation, but I knew that all along. We only raft on the weekends, so this gives me something to do during the week. I've got serious deadlines and zero motivation right now. I accomplished absolutely nothing today. I'm actually going to make myself a to-do list tonight for first thing tomorrow.
