So I bring some paperwork by one of the PIs that I support. It needs to be back dated to EOM August 07. He takes one look at it and goes, "Can't I sign it earlier, I was on vacation that day". Its that sort of attention to detail that I appreciate.

edit PIs = Primary Investigators ie: Boss of the Projects but not my hierarchy bosses.
