Mizuno Ami is also a girl who once dreamed of studying abroad, had good grades, loved math. She is also a girl standing on the street right at this particular moment in time. She folds her arms across her chest and turns only her head to watch Usagi run past. Peripheral vision, Usagi. Do you have it?
Not at the moment. Not yet. Her mind is just swimming. It takes her several minutes to notice the figure outside of the phone booth. As she looks up, her eyes register with recognition.
He feels something strange, something unusual or perhaps simply not as it should be - though he does not realize himself what it is, unaware of the forces shaping and rewriting the memories of this very world itself. Zoisite stares around him, vaguely perplexed. He spies Usagi and seems to take notice of her.
The princess seems more distressed than he's typically seen her; he's aware of her reputation for hysterics, but this seems to go beyond a torn sleeve or a thwarted trip sneaking out of the palace.
