It's a normal day for Aino Minako. Get up, get to the studio, warm up her voice, and sing. She stands behind the microphone, headset on, lost in the song while the background music plays

A very nervous-looking Mizuno Ami is hanging in the back of the crowd, watching Minako.
She wasn't aware Minako knew English at all. But stranger than that is that this Minako looks older. A different world? It explains her random arrival here.
{{ooc: iconfail. I only have one actual Ami icon for her. XD; So this is Ami, not Sailormercury.}}
Ami-chan is in England? Is something wrong? Minako finds herself distracted from whatever the producer is saying, watching Ami out of the corner of her eye.
No. She looks younger. A different Ami? Before long, Minako makes her excuses and finds her way over to the other girl.
"Ami-chan?" The younger girl looks nervous, she thinks. "Is everything alright?"
"Minako-chan?" Ami does look nervous. She glances around. Is everything all right? She's not sure--that depends on Minako. "How've you been?" She manages finally.
"We're just in the middle of recording," Minako tells Ami. "But did you need to talk to me?" Which is pretty much a signal that if this is senshi business somehow, she'll find a way to get them a moment alone.
Hanako has been busy with paperwork. Her attention drawn to the files in her hands, she stands and goes towards the cabinet to get the additional information she needed for documentation when someone bumps into her.
"What--" Hanako looks up, and all of a sudden her attention is drawn to the people around her. All of them seem excited, but what could be exciting in a police station?
Not police station - recording studio! Minako has a smile for her fan as always, coming forward to greet Hanako, who she then realizes looks suspiciously familiar.
If Jadeite is here, is something wrong? The senshi in Minako thinks quickly; if there is a problem he... er, she... needs to tell Minako about, they need privacy, but they also need discretion.
So for now it's best to act like this really is just a fan who's gotten in here somehow. Minako keeps the polite, friendly, social smile of the light pop idol on her face.
"I'm Aino Minako," she introduces herself. "May I ask your name?" She silently prays Jadeite has a passable fake one.
Well that's something to be thankful for, at least. She keeps that meeting-the-public friendly attitude firmly in place as she bows her head slightly to the introduction.
"I'm happy to meet you, too," she tells Hanako.
Right. Police uniform. Not that Minako isn't used to disguise, too, but she should probably play along for now. "Did you need something, Officer?"
There's something vaguely familiar about that man, especially when so many from the Nexus have already come through here, meaning she's alert to the fact she might encounter senshi and shitennou. She doesn't, however, specifically recognize him. So when she gets a moment, she approaches the stranger.
"Are you next in the booth?" she asks. Sticking to more down-to-earth explanations, he might just be familiar from the music business.
She lowers her head slightly, still peering at this man. She doesn't want to make a scene, but she does want to know what's going on. He's even talking as if he knows her, which probably means he does - an alternate, at least.
"Who are you?" It's a bit rude, but the tone is quizzical far more than accusatory.
A tall and ridiculously androgynous person is standing there suddenly. She (he?) looks to a slip of paper in hand, then around first one way, then the other. A glance up towards the booth, where the singing was coming to an end and the girl stepped out. This was definitely not the right studio number. It was already occupied, and Seiya and Yaten had mysteriously disapp--
... Nexus. Damnit.
"Leader's going to kill me if I'm late," he mutters to himself.
Girl or guy? Minako peers quizzically at the new arrival for a moment as she stepped out of the booth. Something feels a bit odd, but she isn't sure what. She spends the next few seconds hoping it's not the start of new battles.
After those few seconds, Minako steps forward to meet Taiki graciously. "Hello. Are you the new talent?" she asks, a bit slyly as - at least as far as she knows - no new talent has been signed lately.
Claiming to be a talent already signed isn't much better. She knows she hasn't run into him in the hallways, at recordings, at events... That leaves her with two options: Fake, or Nexus. Considering a few people from the Nexus have already been streaming by today, she opts for the first - for now.
That still doesn't answer the question of just how he fits into the worlds that normally connect to the nexus. Better to at least be polite, the friendly idol as always, for now.
"I'm Aino Minako," she introduces herself, extending a hand.

Aino Minako is talking to her.
Shirai-san will die with envy if he finds out, which he will - Hanako has every plan of telling him anyway.
"Seikou Hanako!" she gushes, crumpling the important documents in her excitement. "I... I'm so happy to meet you, Aino Minako-san!"

He eyes her up and down. Hm. She's cute, at least.
