The chapters will probably get longer soon...they break somewhat oddly in this fic :P At the moment, though, I'm sort of hedging the update schedule in case of any last-minute changes (not to mention middle-part writer's trudge).

I like how you show what’s on the line here. It gives the story a real sense of danger, for the both of them.

Thank you! Jaina's really managed to pick a winner, this time, as far as dangerous missions go, but there's be more on that in part 4 :P

I love how you write them as equally stubborn. Zekk gets the short shaft so often, but it takes someone pretty strong-willed to stand up to Jaina.

Thanks :D I *really* can't see Jaina with anyone who couldn't stand up to her, especially with her family and their example.
