I'm back!

The trip was awesome but exhausting, a roller coaster broke my glasses, I took a gazillion photos, we crammed way too much into two weeks, I hate one-way streets, I fell in love with Kingston (& subsequently Queen's) and Toronto was pretty cool too and now I think I have to go to an eastern school, I got deregistered from my Chinese class while I ( Read more... )

glad to see you had such a great time..but i'm glad you're back!!! it means we have to find SOME time to hang out before school even though you seem to have..er..a lot of stuff to do. hehe.

also glad to see you liked the eastcoast..i really need to visit there sometime especially since i really want to go to either york(osgoode) or queen's for law school.. i heard u of t is overrated and expensive.. so you might want to look into other universities in and around toronto (*cough* york *cough*)

I'm glad I'm back too :P Our trip was a straight rollercoaster. Amazing, but really, really compact, lol. I do have a lot to do, but...hopefully it'll be sorted out soon. Or get more predictable. It mostly depends on what happens with my Chinese assessment/deregistration stuff. But...Thursday or Friday :D Would either of those work? Or next Friday, because I don't have any classes on Friday :)

I really, really liked the east coast, even if the traffic will give me nightmares for months :p Toronto (and Kingston, obviously) weren't as bad, though. Quebec City was insane. Go to Queen's! You'll be a two hour drive, or a train ride, from most of the major cities, and Kingston's so gorgeous. I'm seriously considering moving there and going to Queen's after I transfer out of college :D I mostly really liked the buildings at one U of T campus :p But, yeah, I started looking at their website and the tuition looks ridiculous (at least from what I can decipher).

friday i'm actually meeting katie and/or kelly to show them around ubc :P but thursday would work! and...i have classes on friday :P

haha..the only thing is that i love big cities and er... kingston really isn't that :P even if i move to toronto though and you move to kingston..we'll be close..somewhat! ;) osgoode is just my first choice overall because of 1) reputation 2) the amazing program they have 3) location..but..yeah. haha. who knows! my friend on the other hand, really wants to go to queen's because they apparently have an amazing international law program. many things factor into the equation :P but if you go after your 2nd year in college.. we would both be moving to the east coast at the same time :D er.. assuming that i get into law school, which i may not. :S *bites fingernails*

Kelly? I thought she was going to SFU.... What time are your classes on Fridays? And Thursday--it should work, then. Um, as long as my prof doesn't somehow provide Another Headache Re: Chinese Class. What would you like to do?

I figured you'd say that *sigh* But--but--Kingston is so *perfect*. And you could visit Toronto anytime you wanted... ;p But, yeah, Toronto wasn't too bad, either. You *will* get into law school; don't be silly ;D
