Forget afternoon run, this is a marathon. Shit.
This isn't a solo run, it's a race...a race I'll never win. I knew I was down before, but the afternoon sun sent me into a daze, wrapped me up in a whirlwind of decit. To do list:
Apply to GMCR for internship? CHECK.
Get schedule figured out? CHECK.
Look for jobs? CHECK. Well, kinda..I looked in the classifieds and e-mailed Daphne Walker about jobs on campus.
hound dad about the taxes? CHECKCHECKCHECK.

When it all falls down, sometimes you find a ray of hope in the ruins. But yet, this year just seems to be one disappointment after another.
