Gelato can be made with just fruit & water, but it is often also made with full-fat milk. There is less cream in it than in ice cream (sometimes no cream), so the amount of fat in a gelato is still lower. Whole Lotta Gelata in K-dub usually has 4-6 flavours that are sorbetti, made with fruit, sugar, and water. These are dairy-free, for any vegans &&|| lactose intolerant out there. Though if I were a militant vegan rather than an unabashed omnivore, I'd ask.
