Glad there's another "Shogun" fan out there. I LOVED that movie (and book). When I was writing this, I just pictured a white guy with a Samurai sword and guess who I imagined--yep, Richard Chamberlin, Angin-san, lol. And yes, I guess it does show my age.

Waiting for the twist! Beth must have send Mick crazy. He's usually utterly anal with his records - not collecting the mail UNHEARD OF!

btw, what is your husband's area of expertise to know that? Physics? Engineering?

A twist?! Now why would you think there would be a twist? Isn't this just a nice, neat bow for you? Okay, there's a twist. Check out the 7th and final chapter, posted minutes ago! Yeah, and Mick kinda fell down on the job there, didn't he?

My husband works for a software company. Other than that, he's a techie nerd who watches the Discovery Channel entirely too much! (He's actually the smartest guy I know :)
