Okay so the other night on the news they were talking about how someone found a cell phone in the parking lot of some store and when they opened it up to find a contact number they found tons of child porn. i agree, the world is getting less and less private. Then when subjects like this come up it's never, "well they had no right to look around on someone's phone." it's more, "well it's a good thing they're a nosey bastard because they found illegal pictures on the phone."

i don't think it's right to look at/enjoy child porn, but the idiot shouldn't have had it on his phone. In any case, you make a good point about privacy... =)
