It occurred to me that I haven't really updated with anything much of substance in a while, and that I'm also not the easiest person to get a hold of at the moment.  Basically, my life is consumed with two things: my final bit of time at the Gap, and packing for my move.  The first is fairly pleasant...as this is my third summer in the job, things ( Read more... )

we're leaving florence today...one day of sightseeing was NOT enough. i want to live here, it's marvelous. (and the food! amazing!)

strangely, the mountains surrounding the city look remarkably similar to the ones in san diego. (greener, though).  is very strange.

we are now going to cinque terra, on our way to the south of france/riviera.

leaving swittzerland today.  beautiful scenery, but too much hiking for my liking.  delicious chocolate, though.

headed to italy (yay!)

side note: livejournal is in german here (which makes sense) but it was also in german in france (which makes less sense).
