Has it really been that long?
Well, to bring you all up to speed, things went from bad to worse after my last post back in November. Two weeks before the conference, I received a series of emails in the space of an hour from a prominent member of the association asking to book a place. Shit happens
Suffice to say that my faith in people has been completely shattered over the last few weeks. What we thought was a safe place over on facebook turned out to be a breeding ground for moles who copied and pasted posts from a secret group to people outside of facebook, and used what was said against a few committee members of our face painting ( Read more... ) -

Face painting
One of the busiest weekends so far this weekend for me FP-wise. Had a call earlier in the week from a mate who had done her back in and could I cover for her in Stevenage on Friday? I get the occasional review from readers on FF.net and loads of 'favourite author and stories' notifications about my SS/HG stories. Had a request from someone yesterday asking if they could translate my stories into Russian. Logged on and found another request from last year asking if they could translate them into German ( Read more... ) -
Little things
The support people for our accounting software at work are crap. There is a constant battle between them and our IT chap, as they think they can just ring up and log in remotely to work on it on the once-in-a-blue-moon occasion we need their help. Our server is so heavily firewalled that no-one gets in without a timed window of access, and our IT ( Read more... ) -
