Yesterday, my Science Fictions class was talking about the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Even better, the professor was the one who brought it up. If I hadn't gone to class yesterday I'd have no clue what your icon meant.

Actually, it more of a class in science in fiction rather than actual science fiction. So, we're reading things that are influenced by scientific ideas and theories. We just read Galileo's "Letter to Madame Christina of Lorraine" and Brecht's play about Galileo. It's interesting, but intimidating since I don't know much about rhetoric, science, or philosophy.
