I came up with an amount that I need total and feel comfortable that I'd be able to cover everything and still have a bit for sightseeing. I figured out that I still need about $3000... I applied for a loan thru my credit union the other day. I didn't expect anything other than a flat out denial. They FUCKING APPROVED IT!!! I got a loan for $5,700!!! Surgery is $5,900.
