It's funny, too. The other choice in lyrics I got for this ficathon are the perfect theme song for a Chris/Vin slash story, but I just ran out of time to write it. I cobbled together this HP fic in one day and only barely managed to get it in on time. Maybe now that the ficathon is over I'll try and write that M7 one... ;)

Lovely, heartwarming fic. I haven't previously read anything written from Mooney's POV. It's an interesting perspective.

A feel a little sad that he'll have to parted from them at the end though.

Thank you! I tend to like animal-POV fics. I went through a phase last year where they were all I wrote. It certainly does add a new twist to the usual fandoms. ;)
