I'm a fussy reader. I admit it. If a book hasn't got my attention within 5 pages I'll give it up. On the other hand, if I've found a book I like, I'm likely to read it so many times that I can fairly recite it!

Crikey!
I didn't always agree with his methods, nor his seeming exploitation of lesser creatures, but he did an awful lot of good for the conservation of wildlife in Australia and overseas. He'll be missed.

Skin Cancer
Even though I had suspected it, you still aren't really prepared when the doctor calls and mentions the 'c' word. Granted it is 'only' a BCC, or Basal Cell Carcinoma and not expected to be particularly dangerous, it's just the thought that goes with it. Labyrinth Manga
I've been thinking about this manga. I have yet to read it, but I did order it a few weeks ago. Amazon tells me it's on it's way and the postage cost more than the book itself!
I like to keep an open mind about things. I like to form my own opinions.

I finally decided to trade in my cassette walkman of more than 10 years for a new MP3 player. I overlooked one important fact however. Technology and I don't get on. Never have.
