I really feel bad for you about the job thing. It's terrible. Don't let it demoralize you - you have so much worth! Can you two move?

Not really -- green_trilobite has a huge collection of books and knick-knacks and vowed when we got this place that he'd die here (he *really* hates packing and unpacking - plus he had the bookcases made to measure for the place).
I'll get something.
