Okay -- when the doctor's office says "okay! take care!" and hangs up on you and then you slam down the phone and scream "FUCK YOU!" at the top of your lungs, maybe, just maybe it's time to examine your testiness level. And get a new doctor.

I swear, other than that I'm pretty happy. :)

Actually, I *do* want that! And a new gynecologist -- the NP at my gynecologist's office is the one that ignores me when I talk and gets under my skin enough to make me scream (and is the subject of this post). But my GP is merely okay, and if you have an awesome one I'd really like to investigate her. :)

My NP gynecologist is teh awesome. Very down to earth, talks to me as if I'm intelligent, she's very warm, and generally wonderful. Her name is Deb Morril. (Um, I'm hoping that's not the one you were talking about!) If you can get her, I totally recommend her! She's at the Marino Ctr.

I have one of each, actually. My awesome GP is Dr. Lisa Golding at Resevoir Medical (by Fresh Pond). My awesome gyn is Dr. Nina Carroll on Pond Ave in Brookline. Let me know if you need more stats, but you should be able to get their numbers from the web with that.

hee! i've had days like that, and it's reassuring to know i'm not the only one who does that every now & then. i have a totally fabulous PCP (who also does my gyn work) at the Medford HPHC center. email me if you want her contact info (tho she's busy giving birth right about now, so i'm not expecting a whole lot out of her in the next six months or so).
