Like I said last night, don't beat yourself up over this. Yes you made a mistake. We all do on a pretty regular basis. Your family and friends will love you anyway. You can do better, sure. Take one step at a time. Reach out for the help you might need. Love your kids, dogs, cat, fish, dragon, rat, and the singing birds outside your door. Don't fall into the self dispair pit.
