My apron was stolen from work tonight. I think somebody thought there'd be a fat wad of cash inside (I had transferred my appreciable earnings to my pocket wallet by that point). Went down to Pilgrim Title, handed over a nearly 25k check, affixed my seal over and over again, and left. I am officially a homeowner.

The house has appraised over what it needed to be, so now I'm in the mortgage phase!!

this is turning into a fiasco.

So, I signed the P&S Agreement for the house on Federal Hill yesterday. Big backyard that I want to terrace with my parents' landscapers. I want to live in the townhouse, get a roommate, and then rent out the lower unit. The house on Broadway was so beautiful. We (Florence, Barbara [my realtor], and I) opened the doors into the building and found ourselves in this tiny antechamber, looking on into a pair of huge, stained glass doors.
