All day long, I only had to place three calls to get information, instead of the usual 15 or so. I was so looking forward to having a clean desk (or at least, what passes for "clean" with my desk) when I left... They replaced our fax machine at work today. Now we have one with two big paper trays -- no more quarter-reams -- and it doubles as a copier. That is, it's meant to double as a copier.
