After reading some posts about animal welfare, ecofriendly living, and the likes, it got me thinking about the general state of society. Regardless of what your stance is on veganism vs omnivorism, capitalism vs statism, democracy vs totalitarianism, and all the other ways to divide our beliefs in how society should be, I would like you to think

I'd be much more inclined to eat a vegan diet if somebody who knows more than I do and cares more about it created a list of recipes that I could use to prepare a week's worth of meals that will provide me with adequate nutrition while using only ingredients that can be obtained locally (ideally within 100 miles but I'll accept anything grown within QC, ON and the Northeastern US). Of course, since the availability of those ingredients changes over the course of the year, I'd probably need this list to be updated every few weeks or so. Any takers?

I am working on it, believe it or not. I am just about finished the technical aspects, now I am working on harassing the cooks and cookbook authors that I know for help.
