Listings of Foreclosed Homes?

Hello, you knowledgable people, you. I am wondering where to find listings of foreclosed condos/apartments/homes in Montreal? I can't seem to find any online -- do I just start calling bank branches? Thanks!

Here's a link for Remax(they only have a few properties though).

However, from what I know, the complete list is kept at the CHMC's offices on Rene-Levesque.

You're welcome! If you do go, please report back. I would love to know what are the steps to looking at the list (ie. can you take it out?, make a photocopy?, etc).

i know that in the courrier laval, we have a list of foreclosed homes, so i dunno if in your neighbourhood's paper they would have some too?

My agent said that the "really good ones" go fast. As in, when potential buyers find out that they are going to become available, they will arrive an hour or two earlier in order to try to beat out the competition.
