Does the Insectarium not have a museum shop?

I haven't looked yet, but I will. I guess when I think of the insectarium gift shop I think overpriced candy with grasshoppers and spiders inside...?

I will check it out for sure though, I'm just looking for lots of options!

The Eco Museum in the west island might be able to help you with the feathers. They're so wonderful there.

Cool.
I just tried to look up some information on it, with no success.
What type of shop is it?

They don't have a website, I think... But they definitely sell mounted insects. I got beautiful butterflies from there, but they also have beetles, etc. And I believe I have seen pressed plants. They also sell seashells, etc. Natural curiosities in general.
The phone number I found is 514-849-7409, but I haven't tried calling.

For the insects -

You could ask nicely at McGill's Lyman Museum to photograph some of their collection.
