Are there any places in Montreal - or easily accessible from Montreal without a car - where it would be easier to see the meteor shower tonight? (I can BMW: Bike, Metro, Walk)

I'd love to go riding sometime soon, and I'm looking for places to go for both trail riding and proper riding lessons. I think there's probably nothing on the island, but I'm happy to travel - for lessons, anything within an hour drive of Montreal or St. Lazare/Hudson (so it could be in Ontario, really) would be fine.
