Mary figured that if she was hosting a safe house for another night, she might as well have some fun with it. So she took over the empty presidential suite for a slumber party of sorts. He almost felt bad about the 'yay, chocolate!' moment his brain had just had, but he rationalized it with the the thought that A: Savannah would kick his ass if she knew he was moping and B: How can you not be happy about anything involving chocolate? (Okay, that was two thoughts. Shut up.)

"Oh no!" said Mary, all the more grateful that George Michael was totally modded without permission! safe and sound at the other end of the room. Still, she couldn't be that sure about everyone she loved.

"She'll be okay. We've got so many people working on getting Savannah and everyone else home," said Mary. "I know how you feel, though. My friend Danny is in some dimension that's completely inaccessible from Fandom right now and I'd just like to know that he's okay. Let's get you some coffee and some chocolate," she added, heading for the kitchen to make sure that Gunther had the good stuff.
