Sitting up, still looking pale, Lindsay kept the blanket around her and she went to stand, "Do you want something to drink?"

Shaking his head, he stands and eases her back down to the couch. "Rest. I can make some tea, want some? Peppermint fer yer belly, keep it calm?" He doesn't want her exerting herself any more than necessary, and especially not now that he's home. "Just stay on the couch, babe, I'll take care'a everythin'. Ya can nurse Lucy there, too, when she wakes up. I'll take care'a everythin', I want ya restin', gettin' better." Leaning, he kisses her forehead, tucking the blanket close around her body. "Okay?"

"No, just normal tea, milky and sweet please." Leaning in she pressed a kiss to his lips, her hand coming to brush his cheek before she stood, "I need to go to the bathroom anyway," she said softly as she pulled the blanket around her and headed towards the bathroom, "Could you make me a cheese sandwich too?"
