So I got my period yesterday. Which adds considerable credit to the "I am going crazy with PMS" theory...even though I hate that theory because I don't like my woman's body to be held against me. (Other women's bodies, on the other hand...ba dum bum

When I went off the Pill, I thought it was going to make me less wacky and hormonal. But it did not.
When I come to visit you someday, you will take me to the Seward Cafe. I think my secret needs to be a couple cups of caffeinated, and then herbal for the rest of the day. I love herbal tea, I just don't crave it the way I crave the black.
I need something that seems like a treat, like a way to deal with something, and I need it to be actually good for me. Some people use smoking that way...I used to use alcohol. Now I barely drink Coke, and I need to cut back on the caffeinated tea...so what does that leave me in terms of good things to drink? Juice? Water? Herbal tea? I need a "vice" that just seems forbidden but is actually healthy. Do you dig?
My hair is getting longish (like, an inch and a half or something) and I fully have bedhead going on. It's fun.

i have delicious black teas that are decaffinated!
check kensington market (that way you still get black tea/milky goodness without the dreaded caffeine pre ms-ing)
i hear ya on the 'hating pms/womanbody held against you'...
i get all reacty when people try to blame my mood on it.

I have some decaffeinated black teas...I should drink those more often. However, they do not do the trick when I'm craving caffeine. Herbals are more likely to make me feel better.
