So I got my period yesterday. Which adds considerable credit to the "I am going crazy with PMS" theory...even though I hate that theory because I don't like my woman's body to be held against me. (Other women's bodies, on the other hand...ba dum bum.)

Feeling better today. I'm wondering if I should start seriously monitoring my moods, along with things like what I've eaten, what good/bad things have happened, what meds/supplements I've taken, and how much sleep I've gotten. Because if I have those psycho days just before my period, I need to do something to make my period easier. Which might actually mean cutting back on caffeine.

I knew that eventually I would lose all my vices. How can I encourage myself to drink more herbal tea and cut back on the black stuff?

And can anybody recommend vices that are good for my body? Maybe I should try becoming addicted to water. Hmmmm...

So after three cups of Darjeeling, I have switched to peppermint. Yum.

Today, I am wearing:
- the spitfire sam doc martens.
- ugly grey socks. they're all slouchy. i don't really like them.
- navy blue tights with the toes cut off.
- grey calvin klein bikini briefs.
- dark blue jeans.
- pink long sleeved shirt under black "skull with dreads" play dead t-shirt.
- black bra.

My hair is not as cute today as it was yesterday, but it still looks good.
