GOOD:
 not hating my job so much. bosslady has loosened up considerably, and is even (dare i say?) pleasant. of course that means that i now know she can hange at the drop of a hat and could any minute now be her less-than-charming old self. cest la vie. i'm enjoying work again.

kinda hate my job.
all the more so because i have to travel so much to get to it.
im always tired - too tired to do anything really.
and, the kicker, my boss hates me.
sounds juvenile, i know.  i mean - doesnt it?  "my boss hates me" echoes all to clearly the "my teacher hates me" of youth. which, more often than not, is just an excuse, a projection ( Read more... )

last night i went to a bar, a pretty nice one.  didnt buy a single drink.  got drunk anyway.
but before the drink, i paused at a table, tapped a woman on the shoulder and asked if she minded if i took a chair away from beside her.  i'm mid-sentence when i made full eye contact and realized.
