obligitory catch-up post
ok.
new job.
A.R.T. in cambridge... pretty intimidating.
getting up @ 5:30am ... pretty sucky.
i[ve spent most of my two weeks there stripping. furniture, of course. my hands hurt, my fingertips are gouged by sandpaper, and im tired. sick and tired of looking at these frigging chairs.
but i work in theatre.
today it became satisfying again, i stopped stripping and cleaning things and started to stain some chairs. there are 7 of them, and i did... one. okay, i only did one. it took me two hours, but i'll get faster. also, i stained my already-torn-up fingertips along with the chair. whups.
my boss whistles. a whole bunch. i dont know what that means, but shes almost always whistling.
adams friend tim got married last weekend. ("married!" i keep saying to myself) i made my own dress for the occasion, pulus i bought a vintage hat to match. classy. we had a great time, and i looked pretty good. but, i totally half-assed the bottom hem, so i could go to the bar the night before the wedding. and if i'd put more time into it it could've looked really good. and fit better. i suck.
