Maybe so. She's already used to the meatless options because that's what we usually feed her at home. The thought of regular chicken nuggets and hot dogs totally grosses me out!

I think Alexa was around 4 when she she talked about death a lot. It used to really upset her especially when I'd talk about how my mommy died. I guess that's the age where they start to have some sense of finality.

Talking in the car has brought me some of the best mother-daughter moments ever. :)
