What annoys me is that people think that organic and grain fed and the like = good treatment of animals. Bottom line, the animal dies so selfish humans can eat burgers. The 'healthy alternative' business annoys me, because it just gives meat eaters a reason to feel good about taking lives.

Very true. I hate that people use it to blow smoke up their own asses.

And that's what they do. It's ridiculous. All they care about is that it's better for them because it doesn't have all the chemicals, etc, that come in a lot of factory farmed products. They don't care about the actual animal.

Yeah, I think that's why it makes sense to them for it to be ok. The animal is being marketed to them as a product (of course so is factory farmed meat, but this product is GOOD FOR YOU - so that must be better right). Bah.
