Worked out for the first time in almost 2 weeks. It felt good. I didn't to any arm or too much upper body work because my hands hurt soo much. I did extra stomach and back work.
Break time is over! Now get back to the two-hours, three-times-a-day, six-days-a-week East German regimen we talked about, or you will soon become a girly-man. It is not until I pump you up that my work is done.
