I really wanted to see 'the adventures of Sam and Famine' that would have been soooo awesome! (also there was this super brief period when I thought Sam wasn't going to be Lucifer's vessel, but was going to end up being Pestilence (croatoan for one thing, but also because Pestilence is sometimes also known as Conquest).

Yeah, we will never be ready --but if they have to go out, it'll be together. (plus as I have pointed out before, nothing says they can't come back (for the movie) duh)
