I really wanted to see 'the adventures of Sam and Famine' that would have been soooo awesome! (also there was this super brief period when I thought Sam wasn't going to be Lucifer's vessel, but was going to end up being Pestilence (croatoan for one thing, but also because Pestilence is sometimes also known as Conquest).
