Huh. Well, spn is most certainly a large fandom, but as far as pairings go, I think I'll have to go with Sam&Ruby.
I've done quite a few Sam/Ruby stories, but two of them were bigbangs!
Most recently He Who Fights Monsters, an MMA-fighting Sam season 3-4 AU, cowritten with nwspaprtaxis and has the most epically drool-inducing shirtless Sam art. It is, in fact, so drool inducing that I had to put the animated GIF here because it would be cruel to NOT share it.

The other was Bliss in Emptiness, which is a season 6 AU with soulless!Sam and Ruby, which has even more wonderful quickreaver art! My lady, she spoils me.
