Never watched a second of SGU. I heard about it before it aired, and it was all bad. Pretty much everything you just said about it, so I stayed away.
It's been picked up for another season. :(

WTF?! So an amazing, well written, interesting, plot and character driven show that leaves you in tears or ranting--a show like Firefly, gets canceled before a full season even airs. And then crap like this gets picked up for a second one?
The world, it makes no sense to me.
