I found out about a fantastic living piece of art whilst reading Alison Hoblyn's The Scent of Water

It's the interior of quite an amazing house - created by the artist Dennis Severs in Spitalfields, London's East End. It's open on set days each month and you can just turn up - pay a fee - and then you are allowed to wander and discover. You ( Read more... )

I've read about this place so many times and thought "I'd love to go there". Thanks for the link. I now realise it is within walking distance of the office I visit in Bunhill Row, so I'll be trying to get to one of the lunchtime openings, soon.
