Disney World Day 4

As I mentioned in my last post we visited Animal Kingdom. We got there just after the park opened. Note to self: this is a good idea. The lines aren't long yet and you don't have to stand in the lines waiting to get in the park.

Anyway, as usual I headed to Expedition Everest first. There was only about a 10 minute or so wait, but I still got

What's at Expedition Everest? I remember you mentioning it before, but since I've never been to Disney World... *sniff sniff*

Sounds like you've been having a great time! Do enjoy Epcot Center! One of these days, I'm going there! I've wanted to visit Epcot for as long as I can remember. Of course, with my bad memory that could just be a few years.

Expedition Everest is a roller coaster that's set in a mountain. The story behind the ride is that you are on an expedition in search of the Yeti. The ride starts out going forward and then goes backwards for a little bit. There's a big drop and several turns. No inversions. At the end if the ride is a close encounter with the Yeti.
