Multi-fandom, then! (And: Star Wars meets P.G. Wodehouse)

Thank you, all those who have answered so far, for your kind and honest answers. Opening this journal up to any fannish interests that strike my fancy seems to be the overwhelming preference, so that's what I shall do. It's official...I need to read P.G. Wodehouse. I know I have a paperback of something of his in the To Read pile...if I can just find it...maybe it's behind the eight hundred Steven King novels...

They go pretty fast, and always cheer one up tremendously. I remember thinking, when I read my first Wodehouse book, "Aha! So that's where Douglas Adams learned to write."

Incidentally, I had a similar reaction to Neil Gaiman only then it was "Yeah, you can tell that this guy wrote the authoritative guide to Hitchhiker..."

As an inveterate Jeeves and Wooster fan (books mostly, though I also adore Laurie/Fry), I say, dash it! that you have hit the crumpet right on the old coconut! Or some such nonsense...

Hee hee hee...good Woosterian metaphor! Glad you enjoyed it. I do wish Laurie & Fry would do a feature-length space opera, but I guess they're probably busy...
