I'd say not at all, because Ron is quite gentle and awkward while Han is confident, often arrogant, and swashbuckling (the daredevil pirate type). Han actively pursues Leia, while Ron can't even get it together to ask Hermione to the Yule Ball. Leia thinks Han is a 'scoundrel'; Hermione sees Ron as more of a doofus. I can see some parallels between Hermione and Leia, particularly early, prim, English-accent-coming-and-going Leia, but people are reaching too far for the Ron-Han thing. I'd call it more wishful thinking than lying. They only wish Ron were that badass.
Maybe Hermione would find her hair more manageable if she put it up in two big rolls like cinnamon danish.
