i'm really lonely. not sure why. guess i just need to make more friends here in austin-land. tomorrow we've been here six months.

We found an apartment! It's quite lovely. It's a garage that the owner has JUST renovated into an apartment. It's got stained concrete floors, a full kitchen, a bathroom that's painted bright seafoam green, and is just all around lovely. I got the job for sure at Telefund and today is my first day.

Last night our dishwasher broke and flooded our kitchen, wet our carpets, and made the ceiling downstairs collapse. It was an adventure, at least.
