I know things in my life are totally up in the air right now but I can't help but feeling this is exactly what I am supposed to be doing and where I am supposed to be going.... the church really has no idea when and where they will be able to do all the things they want to do, and I have a feeling even if they started building it now it wouldn't be

I totally agree with the Peter analogy. Don't doubt God. Even if you doubt yourself- there are things that you can't do, but there's nothing that you and God can't do.
