I made some meyer lemon buttermilk (I used kefir) ice cream base last night and made the ice cream this morning

That ice cream sounds Meyer-volous!

It's pretttty good. I added some of the leftover curd and, man, that is so tart. So the ice cream is a bit of a slap.
